We count it an honor that you took time to visit our website.  One of the focuses of our church’s mission is to lead people to a greater relationship with Jesus Christ by making disciples through education and teaching, preaching, serving, and evangelizing using God’s infallible and inerrant Holy Word as the foundational tool for all of our ministries. God’s Word teaches that the church is the body of Christ and He is the Head of the body. Therefore, we believe that our ministries are an extension of His will.  Sandy Run Missionary Baptist Church has been serving the Jacksonville community for more than 150 years and our footprints can be traced throughout our growing and diverse city. We pray that this search will lead you in discovering the love of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross.  So, if you are ever in the beautiful and friendly city of Jacksonville, North Carolina, we would be honored to have you be our guest and come worship with us. Striving to honor and glorify our Triune God, and the power of His might.
